Return Policy

At Imagine Fabric, we are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. It's possible when the item arrives the color or style just doesn't match. Don't worry. Simply return the item to us within 30 days for a full refund. Please follow the guidelines below.

1. Imagine Fabric will accept merchandise returns 30 days of purchase and issue a credit or refund when we have received the item. The item should be unused or unaltered from the time of purchase. Please notify us via e-mail or phone if you want an exchange.

2. Upon satisfactory return of the item to our warehouse a full refund will be issued. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.

3. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Custom pillow orders or special order items are excluded from returns.

Shipping

We always strive to have the lowest shipping rates. We use USPS and ship to all 50 states and many international countries. When you purchase from us you will receive a confirmation e-mail along with a tracking number from USPS. Please refer to our shipping chart for a complete list of our shipping rates.
